Caring and Social Justice

What is Social Justice?

For John and Charles Wesley 'works' as well as faith were essential to the whole of Christian living, and caring for the poor, for prisoners, for widows and orphans mattered a great deal. Methodists today are still interested in welfare and campaign vigorously for a fairer and more humane society. In this sense we express the belief that the Gospel of good news is therapeutic for the whole spectrum of human life and experience.
